Building on thirty-six years of combined military and business  experience, Kurt Kushner founded the K2 Group with a passion and desire to  help companies blaze their path to success. Taking this vision, we have  developed a process based on the very skills and traits developed, honed  and ingrained in today's military leaders. The units where Kurt served  while in the military were the 8th Infantry Division (Pathfinders) and  the 70th Infantry Division (Trailblazers) and 85th Infantry Division  (Custer Division Vanguard).  "By bringing my military experiences forward into my business  endeavors, I found that the attributes that made me successful in the  military hold true in the business world as well." In fact, in a Harvard  Business Review article, "Leadership Lessons from The Military", we  read how the training, discipline, esprit décor, crisis management and  many other traits that are driven into the military leaders of today can  be readily applied to the current business environment.  At K2 Group not only do we build upon the ideology and ingenuity that  allows military units to be successful in their long and proud  histories, we also bring with us diverse backgrounds in the business  world.  Our team of seasoned professionals has spent their careers in  industry and wants to apply their knowledge and experience to help other  companies achieve their goals.
